My Work
at Fire & Fern

Ceremony is an ancient and intuitive way for humans to honour and connect with what is sacred and meaningful in their lives and personal journey.

Transitional and transformational moments in our lives are not accidental or avoidable but are an integral part of being human. Rituals are a deep human need and yearning, and one which we have ignored in recent times to our own detriment. We often sense and know moments to be of sacred significance in our lives but don’t have the language to name them or remembered ways to mark them.

As a Ceremonialist, I specialise in crafting bespoke ceremonies and rituals unique to the seasons and circumstances you find yourself in, expected or unexpected.

My intention is to be part of a culture that invites and offers permission around recognising and honouring the transformational moments in all our lives. I want my work and practise to not only say we are allowed to pause at these moments but that we should; for our own healing and to better connect with the world and our truest selves.

It is my joy to journey alongside you in co-creating a ceremony that enables you to mark these moments in such a way that you might better integrate the fullness of your experience.

I find the work of hearing and honouring someone’s story, creating space for their pain, joy and everything in between, to be a truly serious and sacred work and one which I always take on with reverence and intention.

Ceremony focuses attention so that attention becomes intention. If you stand together and profess a thing before your community, it holds you accountable.
